I created this page to answer a question that is sometimes asked about the manuals I sell on eBay.
“Where is my manual?"
All manuals are shipped via First Class Mail (not Media) with tracking numbers. Most orders are shipped within a few days. Please check your email listed with eBay, our shipping program automatically sends you an email with the tracking number.
HOWEVER - with the COVID-19 pandemic, the post office is taking longer and longer to deliver to the final destination. Items shipped inside the US have taken up to three weeks to arrive, and items sent outside the US have taken considerably longer.
Sometimes a package shipped will get lost in the mail system, even with tracking information.
Some packages get returned to us weeks later, as the PayPal verified address isn't updated on eBay after someone moves. But most arrive in due course.
